Komal litigates personal injury and employment matters, representing public entities, nonprofits, and businesses. Her previous experience included pursuing the claims of large classes of plaintiffs, including the national multi-district opioid litigation, and litigating other complex class actions and employment matters in both state and federal court.
A two-time graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Komal has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Humanities and Law, and a master’s degree in Demographic and Social Analysis. In law school at California Western School of Law, she volunteered with the California Innocence Project, served on the board of the Women’s Law Caucus, and served as President of the South Asian Bar Association. Originally from San Diego, Komal is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and enjoys spending time with her family and dog in her spare time.
