Sri Lankan lawyer Bhavani Fonseka (Centre for Policy Alternatives) and Sri Lanka expert Alan Keenan (International Crisis Group) will explore what transpired in recent weeks and what these events mean for democracy, constitutional change, accountability, and the rule of law in Sri Lanka.
