The <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1s-KCB1-CzYHsLEfcU7HWjR9C7NwY-lBM\/view\">draft Ordinance<\/a> turns the Commission into an ineffective review board like the former model, and it undermines the nearly 75% of San Diego voters who approved Measure B to have an independent police review commission.<\/p>\n<p>Despite calls to postpone the meeting, the City Council moved forward on a vote to approve the draft Ordinance on June 24, 2021 at 9am.
