The City Attorney’s Office in Escondido is accepting applications for a Senior Deputy City Attorney who will represent and advise the City in a broad range of legal matters, including real property and land use, CEQA, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, development agreements, contracts, telecommunications, and other transactional matters.  Knowledge and experience with the Brown Act and Public Records Act is helpful.  The salary range is $112,416 to $151,752 depending on qualifications, and the position comes with excellent benefits.  This position will remain open until filled; a first review of applications will start on March 7.
