2021 summer internship with The Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Hawaii.
The full-time internship will last 8-10 weeks this summer, with precise details to be later arranged between the selected intern and Justice McKenna and her staff. Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, the internship may be conducted remotely, in whole or in part. Duties will include legal research and writing memoranda concerning certiorari applications and other legal issues before the Court. The internship will also include observation of oral arguments and other court proceedings; conferences with the Justice, her law clerks, and other interns on cases and other legal issues; and various other learning opportunities.
