The Civil Litigation Division – General Litigation Unit of the San Diego City Attorney’s Office is hiring a Deputy City Attorney. This position reports directly to the Chief Deputy City Attorney and is responsible for a broad range of duties, including prosecuting or defending civil lawsuits in which the City is a party. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience in municipal law with relevant hearing and trial experience.
