Moving beyond standard efficiency and innovation underpinnings of intellectual property (IP) law, Professor Sunder reframes IP as a tool to promote global justice and human flourishing.  In her virtual seminar to the San Diego community, Sunder will explore how better IP policies could boost manufacturing and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines to low- and middle-income countries, stopping the spread without harming vaccine innovation.
